Returns policy in preparation
For voluntary returns or exchanges unrelated to a product fault, our planned policy is for the customer to bear return shipping and, where legally permitted, outbound shipping costs. Faulty goods and statutory cancellation rights will be handled separately under applicable consumer law.
The final return period, process, address and allocation of costs will be published before orders open. The shop is not currently accepting orders.
